Introducction\n<\/span><\/b>This Privacy Policy regulates the access, use and<\/span> <\/b>management of the personal data inside the application (from now on the \u201cApplication\u201d), that gathers, utilizes, shares and protects the personal data processed through the application IC Workers Tracker. The objective is to provide information related to temporary employment contracts from foreign workers outside the U.S.A. to authorized clients, including visa management and the status of active contracts.<\/span><\/p>\nThe use of the Application implies the complete and unreserved acceptance of this Privacy Policy.\n\n2.<\/span><\/b> Data Management<\/span><\/b> Accountability<\/span><\/b>\n

The data manager is the owner of the Application (from now on, the \u201cOwner\u201d) who determines the purpose and management means of the information collected.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Worker\u2019s names and working details.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Contract Information.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>USCIS numbers, CNPC numbers<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Cases statuses, appointments and other identifiers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Device type and operating system.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>IP Address.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Registries, metrics and diagnostic data.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Application does not gather payment data nor allows the upload of multimedia files<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

All collected data are considered confidential.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Management Purpose<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The personal data will be used exclusively to:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Manage and administrate temporary employment contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Owner uses <\/span>personal data to operate the Application, authenticate users, display worker information, provide technical support, enhance security, and comply with legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under no circumstances will the data be used for purposes other than those set forth herein.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Restricted Access and User control<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Access to the App is strictly limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Minors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Owner reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke the access at any given moment, without the need for previous justification.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Confidentiality and Data usage<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The authorized users agree to:<\/span><\/p>\n

The misuse of the data can result on the immediate access cancelation and corresponding legal action.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Owner implements technical, administrative and organizational means adequate to:<\/span><\/p>\n

The data will only be stored during the necessary time needed to comply with the described purposes or in accordance with applicable legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, the owner reserves the right, on sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete parts of the present Privacy Policy at any given moment. In which case, the modifications will be published on the Application and will indicate the date of the last version of the Policy.
