Your Door to Opportunities in the United States: Obtain B1/B2 and H-4 Visas with International Connections

How B1/B2 Program’s works

The B1/B2 visa program is a nonimmigrant visa program for individuals who wish to travel to the United States temporarily for business (B1) or tourism, pleasure, or medical treatment (B2) purposes.

The B1 visa is for individuals traveling to the United States for business purposes. It allows holders to engage in a wide range of business-related activities such as attending meetings, conferences, or seminars, negotiating contracts, consulting with business associates, and engaging in other legitimate business activities. However, it does not permit employment or work for in the U.S.
The B2 visa is designed for individuals traveling to the United States for tourism, pleasure, or medical treatment. This category includes activities such as sightseeing, visiting family or friends, participating in social events, receiving medical treatment, or pursuing recreational activities. It does not allow for employment or academic study, except for incidental activities like taking short recreational courses.
It is important to note that the B1/B2 visa is a temporary visa and does not grant the holder the right to live or work in the United States.
The application process typically involves completing the online Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160), paying the visa application fee, scheduling an interview, and attending the interview where you’ll be required to present supporting documents and demonstrate your intention to return to your home country after the temporary visit.

How H-4 Program’s works

The H-4 visa is a nonimmigrant visa category that allows certain dependent family members of H-2A or H-2B visa holders to take them to the United States.

This visa program was introduced to enable the spouses and unmarried children (under the age of 21) of H2 visa holders to join them in the U.S. and reside there for the duration of the H2 visa holder’s authorized stay. This visa category primarily benefits the immediate family members of workers, such as spouses and children, and it does not provide employment authorization on its own.
To be eligible for an H-4 visa, the individual must be the spouse or child of an H2 visa holder and demonstrate a bona fide marital or parent-child relationship. The H-4 visa holder can accompany the worker to the U.S. or join them later during their stay. Dependents can be either legally married spouses or unmarried children under the age of 21.
